Configuration, staging, and kitting
Mobile Device Management (MDM) implementation
Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) support

Lifecycle management and IT Asset Disposition (ITAD)
Refurbished and secondary market device sourcing

All services are provided pursuant to individual quotes, proposals, or service agreements issued by ConnectUs.

3. Quotes, Orders, and Agreements

All quotes:

Are non-binding until accepted in writing
Are valid only for the period specified in the proposal
Are subject to inventory availability
May be subject to carrier approval or supply chain conditions

A binding agreement is formed only upon written acceptance of a proposal or execution of a formal service agreement.

ConnectUs reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing:

Is outlined in individual quotes or agreements
May vary based on device availability, carrier pricing, and configuration requirements
Does not include taxes, shipping, or regulatory fees unless explicitly stated

Payment terms will be specified in the applicable agreement or invoice.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges and suspension of services.

5. Device Availability and Carrier Relationships

ConnectUs maintains relationships with major carriers including Verizon Wireless and T-Mobile. However:

Device availability is subject to carrier inventory and supply chain conditions
Same-day fulfillment applies only to in-stock inventory
End-of-life or limited-release devices may be subject to additional sourcing time

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific device model.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate deployment requirements
Ensure lawful use of all deployed devices
Maintain compliance with applicable data protection laws
Secure proper licenses for all software and applications
Provide necessary account credentials for MDM configuration (if applicable)

ConnectUs is not responsible for misconfigurations resulting from inaccurate client-provided information.

7. ITAD and Data Sanitization

For IT Asset Disposition services:

ConnectUs follows DOD and NIST-aligned data wiping standards
Certification of data destruction may be provided upon request
Clients are responsible for identifying devices containing sensitive or regulated data

While industry-standard sanitization procedures are used, ultimate responsibility for regulatory compliance remains with the client unless otherwise contractually agreed.

All content on this website, including:

Graphics
Logos
Service descriptions
Case studies
Branding

is the property of ConnectUs Corp and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

9. Website Use Restrictions

Delays caused by carriers, manufacturers, or shipping providers
Third-party service interruptions
Supply chain disruptions

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

12. Warranties Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in a written agreement:

Services are provided “as is”
No warranties, express or implied, are made
We disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose

Device manufacturer warranties, if applicable, are governed by the manufacturer.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ConnectUs Corp from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

Improper use of devices
Regulatory non-compliance
Unauthorized software usage
Misuse of deployed hardware
Violation of these Terms

14. Termination

ConnectUs may terminate or suspend services:

For breach of agreement
For non-payment
For unlawful or unethical use of services
If continued service poses legal or reputational risk

Termination does not relieve outstanding payment obligations.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

16. Changes to Terms

ConnectUs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
