Trucking & Fleet Management Corporation

Telehealth Provider is a top-tier digital healthcare company delivering remote patient monitoring and virtual care services across the U.S. Their platform enables providers to scale care delivery while maintaining high standards of security, compliance, and patient experience.

Challenge:

Satisfy Electronic Logging Device (ELD) regulations without consuming in-house resources.

Solution:

Provided ELD units pre-configured for use out-of-the-box.

How we did it:

Health monitoring devices were configured to six different Bluetooth peripherals (BPM, stethoscope, scale, etc.). Plus, service was provided to return, sanitize and re-kit devices for the next patient. Health management required pairing diabetes monitors with Android devices and locking them down to the client app. Also provided electronic visit verifications and treatment log capabilities.

  • Multi-Peripheral Device Configuration

We configured each health monitoring device to seamlessly connect with up to six different Bluetooth medical peripherals, including blood pressure monitors, digital stethoscopes, weight scales, glucose meters, pulse oximeters, and thermometers. All devices were tested and validated to ensure stable data transmission and accurate readings.

  • Android Kiosk Mode & App Lockdown

Every Android device was locked into a secure single-app environment, giving patients access only to the client’s telehealth application. This prevented misuse, reduced support issues, and ensured full compliance with healthcare security standards.

  • Diabetes Monitor Pairing & Data Sync

We paired diabetes monitoring devices directly with Android tablets and phones, enabling automatic data capture and real-time synchronization with the client’s care platform — without manual input from patients.

  • Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)

We implemented electronic visit verification to confirm caregiver visits and remote check-ins, helping the client meet payer and regulatory requirements while improving care transparency.

  • Treatment Logs & Care Tracking

We enabled secure treatment logs and activity tracking so clinicians could monitor patient engagement, medication adherence, and care outcomes in one centralized system.

National Trucking Company — ELD

Challenge:

  • Device Supply Shortages — Tier 1 carrier inventory shortages prevented consistent tablet delivery.
  • ELD Compliance Requirements — Federal regulations required approved mobile technology.
  • Lack of End-to-End Mobility Support — Needed sourcing, staging, kitting, connectivity, MDM, security, lifecycle management.

Solution:

Rapid Device Procurement and Deployment — Rugged Samsung 8" tablets, optimized for fleet tracking and ELD workflows.

ScaleFusion MDM and Kiosk Mode Security — Secure device administration, centralized endpoint management, GPS visibility, restricted application access.

End-User-Ready Fleet Device Kitting — Tablet configuration, protective cases, vehicle mounting, mobile connectivity, application provisioning.

Ongoing Managed Mobility Services — Cellular data plans, device inventory, MDM administration, usage monitoring, overages prevention.

How we did it:

Industry: HVAC Services and Field Services

Solutions: Managed Mobility Services • Mobile Device Management (MDM) • Microsoft Intune • Device Staging and Configuration • 3PL Logistics • Zero Touch Deployment • Inventory Management

A billion-dollar HVAC and plumbing organization needed to modernize and scale its mobile device deployment strategy to support over 8,000 field technicians operating across multiple regions and acquisition growth.

Internal IT teams were overwhelmed by manual device provisioning, peak-season inventory fluctuations, and deployment bottlenecks causing extended technician downtime and delayed field operations.

ConnectUs implemented a fully managed mobility solution that streamlined procurement, mobile device management, staging, logistics, and support — enabling the organization to rapidly scale operations without increasing IT headcount.
