This device is a part of the Inseego wavemaker series of fixed wireless routers along with the FG2000, FW2000, and the FW2010, but each of these routers have different specifications and would be used in very different situations. This router has 5G sub 6 gigahertz and 4G LTE category 22 allowing for fast and reliable internet access due to its breakthrough 5G and 4G LTE speeds. Not only does this device boast fast wireless connectivity, but it also has wifi 6 capabilities and is able to connect up to 30 devices at once.
This device also has many specifications on it that help it reach these fast speeds and still be accessible and easy to set up for the average consumer. The device has both an Ethernet Lan port and a USB C port along with dual 4FF sim slots. The regular FX 2000 only has one sim slot compared to 2 on the 2000e which allow the device to automatically switch between Sims based on service availability, service quality, data usage, and signal strength.
