How quickly will I receive my quote?
You will receive your quote within 24 business days after you submit your device list, whether via CSV or manual entry.
What shipping options are available?
We offer prepaid UPS labels for drop-off, plus bulk pickup arrangements for larger shipments. You can select your preferred method in the dashboard.
How is my data secured?
We include data wipe services at no extra cost. Your devices will be wiped securely in adherence to Erasure industry standards, and certification for each device is available at your request, completely free.
What happens if my devices fail your quality control check?
If any devices fail our quality standards, we’ll issue a revised offer reflecting their actual condition. You can either accept that new offer or have the devices returned (at your cost) via a UPS label you supply or our UPS account.
When will I get paid?
Once your shipment passes our quality-control checks, ACH and check payments go out within 10 business days.
Can I track my order status?
